This Judicial Code may be amended by majority vote by the Senate and the Assembly. The delegate reserves the right of veto. If the amendment is vetoed, the Assembly and/or the Senate reserves the right to call for a public referendum. If the public referendum achieves a 75% vote in favor, then the amendment is automatically placed into the Judicial Code.
