Ivan Moldavi was originally a member of the Alliance Defense Network but defected to the New Pacific Order early on in its existence under the nation Pierconium. Since then he has served twice as Delegate, once after disaster struck and left the region reeling. Ivan currently serves as an Advisor to the Senate.
