Elegarth is the Consul of the New Pacific Order, his second time in the position, in which he last served under Krulltopia. He was later a Delegate of The West Pacific. In late 2018, he returned to the New Pacific Order and was named Legatus, but within less than a year was once more promoted to Consul by Lord of Darkness.
