Roquentin is an Imperial Officer of the New Pacific Order. However, he spent most of his career in Cyber Nation in Umbrella, where he served as President.

During the later years in Umbrella, following an aggressive push from Letum, Umbrella and NPO signed the "Everything. Must. Die. WAR Pact". Roquentin served as President of Umbrella until it disbanded in 2018, going rogue on the Mostly Harmless Alliance.
NPO
In September 2024, Roquentin returned to CyberNations and NPO. This was as the alliance was preparing for NoR Way Out, and Roquentin served an active role in the alliance helping to coordinate military and economic affairs along with our allies.
Shortly after the conclusion of the war, on February 11, 2025, Roquentin was appointed Imperial Officer.
