The West Pacific is a Feeder region in NationStates. It is a close ally of the New Pacific Order and maintains a strong relationship with their treaty network.

Description: The Delegate of The West Pacific is determined by the prior Delegate. It is a meritocratically determined position, with a presumed chain of succession in mind for each delegate. The Delegate of The West Pacific has unlimited authority of the region, but can be challenged by the Guardians via the Right of Rebellion in the instance of a rogue or lacking delegate.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Description: The Minister of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) is a position that manages the foreign affairs of the region. The MoFA is primarily answerable to the Delegate, but otherwise appears to have nearly unlimited authority in dictating foreign policy in the West.

The West Pacific Armed Forces

Description: The West Pacific Armed Forces (TWPAF) is the regional military of The West Pacific, led by the Commander. They are an independent military and will raid or defend on a whim. Their involvement in defending involves a presence in Libcord, while their involvement with raiding involves semi-frequent operations with Lone Wolves United.

Description:

Ideological Position

The West Pacific is an independent region, and a centerpiece of the wider independent sphere. They, currently with major partners in The North Pacific, The Augustin Alliance, and the New Pacific Order, make up the crux of the independent sphere's strength and authority. They boast a National Sovereigntist (anti-World Assembly domination over national self-determination) position in the WA and have been leading a shift in wider ideological positioning towards the General Assembly. The West Pacific maintains strong relations with key defenders and the strongest raider organization to keep their balance in raiding and defending (R/D, Military Gameplay). Since the ascent of Dilber to the seat of Minister of Foreign Affairs and maintained by Varanius, TWP has sought to foster relations with a wide network of regions in order to maintain a painstaking balance as purely independent without being wholly tied to any general sphere.
