The New Pacific Order, as a meritocracy, strives to recognize those who contribute to the community and facilitate its excellence. To that end, various awards are granted to recognize those who make the Order great and lift up their comrades. Some recognize contributions to the overall community, while others are specific to a particular branch, but the basis for each is not necessarily confined to specific areas or actions. All awards by category and earner can be viewed in Singularity.

Community

The following standardized tiers are awarded, in decreasing order of prestige. These may or may not be granted for work in one particular branch.

  • Hero of the Order: Peerless leadership, service and sacrifice to the NPO. This a community-wide award that is rarely awarded.
  • Pacifican Eminence: Outstanding leadership and service to the Order. This is awarded for broad leadership and service to the NPO across multiple areas.
  • Architect of Order: Excellent leadership and service to a specific aspect of the Order; this award is normally given for sustained leadership and skill within a specific aspect, such as Military Affairs, Admissions, Economic Affairs, or Diplomacy.
  • Pacifican Vanguard: Consistent long term leadership contributions furthering a specific aspect of the Order. This is awarded for long term leadership toward a specific aspect of the NPO, such as a department or more broad concepts.
  • Exemplary Pacifican: Exceptional service and/or leadership. For those who go above and beyond in their work in an area or who contribute leadership-wise to further their respective area.
  • Pillar of Pacifica: Extended contributions to the community.
  • Dedicated Pacifican: Dedicated activity and participation in the community.

Bilrow Awards

The Bilrow Awards, originally the Best in Show Awards and later renamed in honor of Bilrow, are an annual ceremony with categories spanning the entire NPO community and all the games in which it has official branches. All Pacificans may nominate and vote in each category, which determines the winners.
