The Charter of the New Pacific Order is the supreme law of the Order.
Organization
NPO maintains two factions: Strength (Str) and Prosperity (Pro).
Defunct NPO factions include Relm of Miscakes (ROM), PEF Mafia (PEF), United Marine Corps (UMC), and BAPS 1 (BAPS).
