This template is used to place a note at the top of a page when a redirect leads to it and there may be similar pages that readers were looking for.
Note: the target page will be linked automatically; there is no link in the demo above to prevent a redlink.

Parameters
- first unnamed parameter: the term that redirects to this page.
- second unnamed parameter: a description of the alternate page to link to; defaults to "other uses".
- third unnamed parameter: the alternate page to link to; defaults to "(page name) (disambiguation)".
