Syberis joined the New Pacific Order determined to enjoy no jobs and plenty of relaxation and community support. Due to the machinations of his predecessor in the position, he quickly became the Deputy of Diplomatic Affairs, and some months later, the Senator of Diplomatic Affairs (SoDA). He had the misfortune of ascending the position just in time for a tentative, wary state of stasis in Gameplay to collapse. He became a force trying to balance NPO's interests and those of our allies and the rival interests of defenders, who sought to diplomatically freeze out all raiders by pushing the anti-BoM agenda. As a result, Syberis spent the majority of his tenure trying to keep foreign affairs balanced and intact despite the state of hostilities and aggression against allies and the NPO itself.
