Farrin was the seventh Emperor of the New Pacific Order. Most of reign was occupied with mitigating the backlash against NPO in the wake of the Equilibrium War. Near the end of his reign, he led Pacifica through the War of the Orders.
Prior to being appointed Emperor, Farrin had a successful career as a diplomat for the Order. He was an important architect of NPO's diplomatic rehabilitation following the Doomhouse War.
