The FAN-1V War broke out several months after the conclusion of the FAN-WUT War when the New Pacific Order claimed FAN had violated its surrender terms from the prior war. FAN fought a guerrilla war against NPO and its allies in One Vision for a year and a half, garnering sympathy from many groups outside of NPO's sphere of influence. The damage done to NPO's public image by the war was a contributory cause of the Karma War.
