The New Pacific Order will recognize only the United Regions Alliance's elected government as the URA's legitimate government(s), as determined by URA Charter.

The signatories shall provide one another defensive military assistance in case of a military attack, either internal or external, targeting the other signatories’ home regions, to the best of their ability. Both signatories shall endeavor to share any intelligence regarding aggressive military action, espionage, treason, or any other hostile action that may constitute a threat to the sovereignty of either signatory. Both signatories are expected to do so in a timely manner or at the request of the affected signatory.

  1. This treaty will come into effect upon its ratification by the duly authorized individuals or bodies of the signatories.
  2. A signatory may choose to withdraw from the agreement when they deem it to be in their best interest. They must inform the other parties through the relevant diplomatic channels of their intent to withdraw in advance.
  3. The signatories will make all reasonable efforts to seek a diplomatic solution before withdrawing from this treaty.

Mutual Cooperation on World Assembly Matters

The New Pacific Order and The United Regions Alliance, recognizing the importance of cooperation and mutual support in international affairs, hereby agree to collaborate on matters pertaining to the World Assembly. Both parties pledge to work together in a spirit of goodwill and cooperation to advance shared objectives within the World Assembly, including but not limited to drafting, proposing, amending, passing, and repealing resolutions.

Non-Interference and Mutual Protection

NPO and URA affirm that they shall not vote for or support any World Assembly resolution that is detrimental to the interests, sovereignty, or well-being of either organization or its member nations. Both parties agree to consult and coordinate closely on matters related to World Assembly proposals, ensuring that any action taken is in the best interest of both organizations.

NPO and URA pledge to actively defend each other's interests within the World Assembly, including but not limited to advocating against resolutions that may pose a threat to the stability, security, or values of either organization. Collaboration in Drafting and Repealing Resolutions

NPO and URA commit to collaborating on the drafting, review, and refinement of World Assembly resolutions to ensure they align with the principles and objectives of both organizations. Both parties agree to support each other in the passage of resolutions beneficial to their mutual interests, while also working together to oppose and, if necessary, repeal resolutions that are detrimental to their interests.

NPO and URA shall establish a joint committee or working group dedicated to monitoring World Assembly proceedings, coordinating responses, and developing strategies to address relevant issues effectively.
