Francos Spain
Francos Spain is credited as the founder of the New Pacific Order. He led the revolutionaries during the August Revolution and, after gaining control of the delegacy of the Pacific, served as the first Emperor of the New Pacific Order in NationStates. Francoism is named after him and is largely based on the early governing principles of the New Pacific Order.
