Marina (Hakora Kiyanto) was an Imperial Legate in the Diplomatic Corps of the New Pacific Order. She also had notable careers in the Media Corps and Pacific University.
History
Marina was awarded Diplomat of the Month for June 2014.
In the lead up to the Doom War, Marina was attacked by a single nation from The Sandstorm Confederacy, which caused Umbrella and Sengoku to declare war on TSC in defense of NPO.[1]
