New Pacific Order (Lunar Wars)

The New Pacific Order had a branch in Lunar Wars from 2007 until 2009. It started as an alliance called ZERG that was formed with the assistance of many of NPO's allies in Cyber Nations at the time, and the Emperor was Philosopher.[1]
