The Citrus War was fought between the New Pacific Order and Orange Defense Network shortly after their respective arrivals in Cyber Nations. The two alliances had been founded by rival groups from NationStates and they brought their rivalry and mutual animosity with them to CN. ODN's surrender terms famously included a clause mandating that all future ODN member swear an oath of nonaggression to the Emperor of the NPO.
