Bilrow was an Imperial Officer of Internal Affairs, later Imperial Counselor, of the New Pacific Order in Cyber Nations. He had a career in NPO's Military Intelligence before being promoted to Imperial leadership.
Prior to joining NPO, he led the Grand Global Alliance for several years, infamously couping Prodigal Chieftain and realigning GGA with NPO in late 2006.
