The purpose of the Military Intelligence Directorate of the New Pacific Order was to keep an eye on the events and actions in the Cyberverse in order to identify and assess situations that could potentially compromise the security of the New Pacific Order and the safety of her members. On October 14, 2014 Military Intelligence was dissolved and its functions merged into the Praetorian Guard.

| Intelligence Director | Example | The highest ranking officer within Military Intelligence. The Intelligence Director works closely with the rest of the New Pacific Order's High Command on security issues relating to Pacifica. |
| Cryptographers | Example | Responsible for carrying out day-to-day duties within Intel and seeing that the orders given by the Intel Director are carried out. They are also tasked with teaching new Field Agents how to perform their duties. |
| Tactical Analysts | Example | Lead the sub divisions of Intel and oversee the work done by the Field Agents. |
| Senior Field Agents | Example | Field Agents who are recognized for their hard work and dedication towards Military Intelligence. |
| Field Agents | Example | These people form the backbone of Military Intelligence, working tirelessly to protect the Order. |
