Sir Paul was a Senator in the New Pacific Order in NationStates and an Imperial Officer of the New Pacific Order in Cyber Nations.

Sir Paul was an early participant in the August Revolution. During his time as an NPO Senator, he couped the North Pacific using a puppet nation, UPS Rail (an anagram for Sir Paul).
