Imperial Governors are the New Pacific Order's leaders of each faction in game, responsible for the health of the faction, its members, and its relations with internal (to NPO) and external members/factions.
Councilors assist governors in their duties as the frontline managers and voices of the faction.

The Imperial Governors were first appointed on November 27, 2021, when Emperor Imperial Emperor appointed Sitethief and Nemphesis as Imperial Governors of Prosperity and Strength, respectively.[1]
