First Council (February 2006 to February 2007)
Council members chosen monthly for both the War Council and the Alliance Council. Under the First, Second, and Third Charters, the War Council was tasked with carrying out the plan for wars, while the Alliance Council was tasked with day-to-day operations, diplomacy, and admissions and dismissals of members. This first Council system ended on February 15, 2007.[1]

Under the second Council system under the February 25, 2007 charter, the Council was tasked with internal affairs.[2] In its initial announcement, it was responsible for the Recruitment Corps, Praetorian Guard, Big Brothers (mentoring), Academy Corps, and Culture Corps.[3]

On November 26, 2009, Emperor Cortath announced changes to the governance of the Council. Under this system, terms were changed to two months, with three of the six Councilors elected every month.[4]
Revolutionary Council (December 2009 to July 2010)
The Revolutionary Council was eliminated in July 2010 following an amendment to the Charter.
