Frawley was Emperor of the New Pacific Order in both Cyber Nations and Politics & War. He is also an administrator of NPO's forums and Discord server.
Cyber Nations

Frawley served as the ninth Emperor of the New Pacific Order from March until August 2016. Prior to his reign, he served as Regent under Letum from 2014 until 2016 and as an Imperial Officer of Economic Affairs from 2007 until 2009. He was one of the chief architects of NPO's economic policies during both his tenure as an Imperial Officer and as Regent.
