Roquentin was the second and last Emperor of the New Pacific Order and a founder of Vanguard, an alliance created as a joint colony of the New Pacific Order and Umbrella.
In February 2016, Vanguard merged into the NPO's newly-created PW branch, where Roquentin took a government role in foreign affairs. After Jasmine resigned as the NPO's first Regent, Roquentin was appointed her replacement. When Frawley stepped down as Emperor on August 1, 2016, he appointed Roquentin as his successor.
Roquentin led the New Pacific Order until its disbandment in February 2020.
