Ivan Moldavi was the first Emperor of the New Pacific Order. During his reign he established the Order as the preeminent power in Cyber Nations through an assertive and often bellicose foreign policy.

Unlike the Emperor's that followed him, Ivan became the first Emperor of the Cyber Nations branch following a vote held on January 29, 2006.[1]
Later Career in the New Pacific Order
Commandant
Ivan was named the Commandant of the Armed Forces of the Order following the introduction of the War Powers Act by Emperor Dilber on December 29, 2006.[2] It was a position he held until he resigned on June 12, 2007 and at the same time recommended the position be abolished with a charter ammendment.[3]
