Letum was the eighth Emperor of the New Pacific Order. Prior to leading NPO, he had a long career in the Bank of the Pacific and its successor, the Department of Economic Affairs. He famously led GATO against the New Pacific Order in both Great War II and Great War III before joining the Order.
Career in GATO
Letum served as Assembly Chairman of GATO from late 2006 until early 2007. Under his administration, GATO reached its zenith in both membership and diplomatic influence. However, these successes were overshadowed by GATO's losses in Great War II and Great War III, which caused a sharp decline in GATO's power and influence.
Early Career in NPO
After joining the New Pacific Order, Letum made a career in the Bank of the Pacific. He served as a mid-level manager until his appointment as Imperial Officer of Economic Affairs in 2012.
Imperial Leadership
Letum served as Imperial Officer of Economic Affairs from January 2012 until August 2013, and as Imperial Officer of Internal Affairs from August 2013 until his appointment as Regent in February 2014. He served as Regent under Farrin until becoming Emperor himself in May 2014.

Under Letum's leadership, the New Pacific Order achieved a diplomatic realignment and explosive economic growth, regaining and cementing its status as the preeminent power in Cyber Nations.
