Cortath was the fourth Emperor of the New Pacific Order. His reign was spent reversing years of decay in NPO's institutions and attempting to rehabilitate NPO's image abroad.
Prior to succeeding TrotskysRevenge as Emperor, Cortath had a career in the Order's Department of Economic Affairs and as a prominent scholar of Francoism.
